Welcome to the first ever Cheetah Cub Running Club Challenge!

Hi! it’s Rapid Rory and I’m so excited you are here. Do you want to be part of a cool and fun challenge where you can try new things and see your progress before your eyes?

Well, you are in the right place!

Download our habit trackers and aim to exercise and be creative every day for three weeks. You can do whatever you would like, but focus on consistency and having fun. It is most important to do a little every day at first, to form a habit, then gradually increase how much you activity over time. 

You can start the challenge whenever you wish. Why not challenge your friends, or do it together with your parents.
